Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-03-25. These terms govern use of CarScan.ie vehicle report services.

1) Service scope

CarScan.ie provides data reports compiled from third-party providers. Reports are informational only and do not replace physical inspection, legal advice, or independent financial checks.

2) Digital supply & cancellation

Reports are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you request immediate supply. Where applicable under law, cancellation rights may be lost once delivery begins.

3) Data reliability

Data may be delayed, unavailable, or incomplete due to upstream provider limitations. CarScan.ie does not guarantee absolute accuracy of third-party datasets.

4) Refunds

If a report cannot be generated due to service/provider failure, we will re-run or refund. Completed digital deliveries are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5) Prohibited use

No scraping, resale, or unauthorized redistribution of reports. Dealership accounts are responsible for user access and credential security.
