When refunds are available

If a report cannot be delivered due to technical/provider failure, we will either re-run the report or issue a refund.

Where a report has been successfully delivered as digital content, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.

Promotional and prepaid credits are non-transferable and non-cash redeemable. Validity periods apply.
